Description of the topic
Real estate professionals spend valuable time writing listing descriptions, following up with leads, preparing client emails, and managing transaction paperwork. ChatGPT and Claude can simplify many of these tasks, helping agents save time and focus more on clients and closing deals.
In this practical webinar, you'll learn how to use both AI tools for prospecting, creating property listings, writing marketing content, preparing buyer and seller presentations, and responding to client inquiries. You'll also explore how to draft offer letters, create transaction timelines, summarize inspection reports, and prepare closing and follow-up communications.
Discover the differences between ChatGPT and Claude, learn how to write effective prompts, and see how to create reusable AI tools for everyday real estate tasks. The session also covers document accuracy, Fair Housing considerations, and protecting client information when using AI.
Through practical examples and a live demonstration, you'll see how to use AI throughout a real estate transaction—from the first lead to closing and beyond. No technical background is required.
